Lots and lots of content for the new webshop. Trying to get an overview of it all and how it should link between the pages. We don’t want to confuse the customer, but we do want to inform and link to relevant information. It’s a fine line. The content is what makes the site so that is the focus right now.
First you fall in love…
So what is it, that makes us stand out… yes, it’s still a webshop and yes, the goal is to sell amazing products – but it’s so much more than that!
What we do is, we make the customers fall in love with the products by presenting them in a different way and we target the information and the stories to each customer. We shoot our own compelling pictures of the products and mix it up with stories and stuff from our social media channels. We integrate stories from designers, customers, everybody really, and create a buzz around each of the products.
We engage with our customers and ensure the information we provide is relevant at all times. Using Sitecore Digital Marketing System, we can target the information to each customer. It’s called behavioral targeting and in essence it’s about collecting data about the users and then target the information. We just added functionality to share content on Pinterest.
Pinterest is a pinboard-styled social photo sharing website. The service allows users to create and manage theme-based image collections. The site’s mission statement is to “connect everyone in the world through the ‘things’ they find interesting.” When you “pin” something new, your followers will see it. They can like, comment or re-pin it to their boards. Like Facebook content, your Pinterest pins can go viral. We love to share … we love Pinterest!

ECM workshop
We just returned from a workshop with “the Normann Girls” and Daniel from Sitecore, regarding Email Campaign Manager … The question is: if less is more – how do we set up an intelligent email, customized for the unique customer? We have the answer … Simple and intelligent. Now, the question is: Will we make it before go-live?
